New Opportunity in Historic Louisville

Louisville, Kentucky is becoming an incredibly affordable and attractive place to live.  The population has grown nearly 150% in fifty years as a testament in part to the many attractive job opportunities, the low cost of living, the large amount of cultural production in the city, and the temperate climate.  Louisville is most famous for a number of hometown sports teams, like the Cardinals and the former Colonels.  It also houses the historical Kentucky Derby, the St.  James Court Art Show, and the Forecastle Music Festival.

Louisville is also a food hub, and is home to YUM Brand franchises, Papa John’s, and Long John Silvers, as well as many acclaimed local restaurants such as Imellizzeri’s Pizza and Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse.  Other attractions include the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory, the Churchill Downs, and Downtown Bourbon Row.  There are also beautiful natural areas to explore, like McNeely Lake Park, the Southwest Greenways, or Waterfront Park.  Louisville is also home to the UPS International Air Hub, which is the largest employer in the region and enables it to be a hub for manufacturing and shipping, as well as creating many other jobs in warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing.  Overall, Louisville real estate is looking very attractive in 2023.
